Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fifth ranked Pau Lacq Orthez and 6th ranked Reims had identical 8-4 record. This time Pau Lacq Orthez used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Reims 78-73. Reims was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Naturalized Senegalese forward Mariame Dia (185-78) nailed 20 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side and Senegalese forward Awa Gueye (182-78) accounted for 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. point guard Pauline Lithard (168-94) came up with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Emmanuelle Gorjeu (172-89) added 15 points respectively for Reims in the defeat.
