No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Maccabi Rishon (5-5) beat on the road 10th ranked Hapoel Holon (3-7) 75-68 on Monday. They outrebounded Hapoel Holon 43-28 including a 30-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Quite impressive performance for American forward Julian Wright (203-87, college: Kansas) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points and 16 rebounds. Jamaican-American power forward Adrian Uter (200-84, college: Hofstra, agency: Gross Zeev ISA) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Five Maccabi Rishon players scored in double figures. American forward Lawrence Hill (203-87, college: Stanford) replied with 23 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and his fellow American import guard Jerome Dyson (191-87, college: Connecticut) added 15 points and 4 assists in the effort for Hapoel Holon. Maccabi Rishon moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Hapoel T-A and Hapoel J-M. Hapoel Holon lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the tenth position with seven games lost. Maccabi Rishon will face higher ranked Maccabi Haifa (#3) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Hapoel Holon will play against GreenTops Netanya (#4).
