Eighth-ranked Hapoel Kfar Saba (4-6) used its home court advantage to challenge first ranked Ironi Nes-Ziona (9-1). The visitors from Nes Ziyona managed to secure only one-point victory 85-84. However their fans expected much easier game. Hapoel Kfar Saba was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Ironi Nes-Ziona have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 9-1 record. Hapoel Kfar Saba at the other side keeps the eighth place with six games lost. They share the position with Hapoel Kazrin and Macc.B.Yaakov. Ironi Nes-Ziona will play against Hod Hasharon (#3) at home in the next round, which may be the game of the day.
