Everything could happen in Kiryat Gat at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth ranked Hapoel Kazrin and 11th ranked Maccabi K/G had identical 3-6 record. But Maccabi K/G was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Kazrin 83-77. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 25-18. But Maccabi K/G won second period 18-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hapoel Kazrin players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Hapoel Kazrin (4-6) moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Hapoel K/S and Macc.B.Yaakov. Maccabi K/G at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the eleventh position with seven games lost. Hapoel Kazrin's next round opponent will be higher ranked Ironi Ramat Gan (#7) at home and it may be quite challenging game. Maccabi K/G will play against Elitzur Ramla (#12) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
