Very expected game when 17th ranked Charleville-Mezieres (5-12) was defeated on the road by sixth ranked SO Maritime Boulogne (11-6) 113-105 on Friday. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. SO Maritime Boulogne made 22-of-26 free shots (84.6 percent) during the game, while Charleville-Mezieres only scored six points from the stripe. SO Maritime Boulogne looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American point guard Austen Rowland (186-81, college: Lehigh, agency: Court Side) stepped up and scored 30 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and point guard Zainoul Bah (187-84) chipped in 23 points and 5 assists.
