TBL round 14 caused change at the leadership position. Fourth defeat of league's leader PGE Turow (10-4) against seventh ranked Anwil (8-6) 67-58 was the most important game of the last round. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 29-19 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Anwil dominated on the defensive end, holding PGE Turow to just 7 points in fourth quarter. The former international point guard Krzysztof Szubarga (182-84) orchestrated the victory by scoring 14 points and 8 assists.
