SerieA top team - Cimberio Varese (12-1) managed to deliver another win on Sunday. This time they beat twelfth ranked Vanoli Cremona (4-9) 94-84. The game was mostly controlled by Cimberio Varese. Vanoli Cremona managed to win third quarter 23-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Vanoli Cremona 42-28 including 16 on the offensive glass. Four Cimberio Varese and five Vanoli Cremona players scored in double figures. Cimberio Varese have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 12-1 record. Vanoli Cremona at the other side keeps the twelfth position with nine games lost. They share it with Sutor MGR. Cimberio Varese will meet bottom-ranked VL Pesaro (#16) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them.
