The game between third ranked Liaoning Hengye (13-8) and eighth ranked Guangdong Dolphins (9-12) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. Liaoning Hengye was crushed by Guangdong Dolphins in Guangzhou 57-79. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Liaoning Hengye. Guangdong Dolphins maintains eighth place with 9-12 record. Liaoning Hengye at the other side keeps the third position with eight games lost. They share it with Shenyang and Jiangsu. Guangdong Dolphins are looking forward to face higher ranked Shenyang Golden Lions (#4) in Dandong in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
