A very interesting game took place in Lublin. It ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 12th ranked AZS Radex (6-10) to tenth ranked WIKANA Start (7-9) 84-82 in the fight for the tenth place. AZS Radex was ahead by 7 points after three quarters before a 24-15 charge of WIKANA Start, which allowed them to win the game. They shot the lights out from three nailing 13 long-distance shots on high 54.2 percentage. It was a very good performance for power forward Marcel Wilczek (204-86, agency: Promotex) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots). point guard Lukasz Wilczek (189-86) contributed with 9 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Forward Lukasz Biela (200-80) replied with 27 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Lukasz Pacocha (182-82, agency: Promotex) added 18 points and 7 assists in the effort for AZS Radex. Four AZS Radex players scored in double figures. AZS Radex's coach Zbigniew Majcherek rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. WIKANA Start maintains tenth position with 7-9 record. AZS Radex lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh place with ten games lost. WIKANA Start's next round opponent will be higher ranked MOSiR Krosno (#5) at home and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. AZS Radex will play against SKK Siedlce (#14).
