The game with biggest result difference took place in Monterrey. Local Fuerza Regia (24-15) outscored 13th ranked Guerreros (8-32) 102-63 on Thursday night. The game without a history. Fuerza Regia led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Guerreros' 42. They outrebounded Guerreros 59-33 including a 19-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Fuerza Regia looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Guerreros' players. The best player for the winners was the former international guard Andre Joseph Tyronzic (191-81, college: Oregon) who scored 35 points (!!!). Center Lance Allred (211-81, college: Weber St., agency: SportsTalent) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 18 rebounds. Coach Dan Tacheny's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play all 12 players and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Diego Toralva (190) who recorded 21 points and 5 rebounds and guard Fernando Calixto (184-79) added 13 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Fuerza Regia maintains seventh place with 24-15 record. Guerreros lost their fourteenth game in a row. Newly promoted team keep the thirteenth position with 32 games lost. Fuerza Regia will face again Guerreros (#13) in Chilpancingo in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game.
