There was a minor upset in Brandon, MB where 5th ranked Timberwolves (5-6) were defeated by eighth ranked Bobcats (3-8) 61-54 on Saturday. It was a great evening for forward Jordan Reaves who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Ilarion Bonhomme helped adding 13 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Bobcats players scored in double figures. At the losing side point guard Francis Rowe (178) responded with 19 points and 5 rebounds and forward Navjot Bains (198) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds. Bobcats moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Laurier. Loser Timberwolves keep the fifth position with six games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
