However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Valmadrera won last quarter 19-18. Valmadrera moved-up to tenth place in North, which they share with Muggia. San Salvatore at the other side, also newcomer in the league, dropped to the eighth position with eight games lost. Valmadrera will face Muggia (#10) on the road in the next round.
