Regular Season Round 14: Solna Branten - Orongo 75-58

The game between closely ranked teams ended with eighth ranked Solna Branten's (6-6) home victory over 9th ranked Orongo Dragons (5-8) 75-58 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 8-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 75-58. Niklas Larsson (198-94) orchestrated the victory by scoring 26 points. Forward Jesper Eliasson (204-94) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Solna Branten's coach Christer Sjogren used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Daniel Eliasson (190-92) replied with 16 points and power forward William Gutenius (205-92) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Orongo Dragons. Solna Branten moved-up to sixth place in North. Loser Orongo Dragons dropped to the tenth position with eight games lost. Solna Branten will face league's leader Akropol in Spanga in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Orongo Dragons will play on the road against LF Future (#4) in Lulea.
