Very expected game when 10th ranked Minas (6-7) lost to fifth ranked Brasilia (9-3) in Belo Horizonte 86-90 on Thursday. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 24-22. But Minas won second period 20-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Brasilia won last quarter 23-20. They made 19-of-20 free shots (95.0 percent) during the game.
