Very predictable result in Mogi das Cruzes where fourth ranked Vivo/Franca (11-5) smashed 14th ranked Mogi (5-10) 95-59 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Vivo/Franca. Mogi was better in fourth quarter 27-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Mogi to just 5 points in first quarter. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Vivo/Franca made 8 blocks. Mogi was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch.
