No shocking result in a game in Athens where third ranked Panionios (10-3) defeated 6th ranked Ikaros (6-7) 82-75 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 4-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 82-75.
