Very predictable result when second ranked Le Mans (11-5) won against on the road bottom-ranked Boulazac Basket (4-12) 77-68. It looked good early as Boulazac Basket took an 13-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Le Mans took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 9 points. 25 personal fouls committed by Boulazac Basket helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Brazilian power forward Joao Paulo Batista (207-81, college: Gonzaga) fired 17 points and 9 rebounds for the winners.
