ACB top team - Real Madrid (17-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Unicaja Malaga (8-10) 91-67. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Real Madrid's pressure prevailed and they won that period 25-8 extending their advantage to 24 points. They shot the lights out from three nailing 13 long-distance shots on high 52.0 percentage. Real Madrid players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international point guard Sergio Rodriguez (191-86) who scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. The former international forward Carlos Suarez (202-86, agency: Court Side) chipped in 7 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Real Madrid players scored in double figures.
