Basketligan top team - Sundsvall Dragons (21-3) managed to deliver another win on Friday. This time they beat tenth ranked White Eagles (5-19) in Stockholm 93-83. The game was mostly controlled by Sundsvall Dragons. White Eagles managed to win fourth quarter 22-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was Icelandic forward Hlynur Baeringsson (200-82) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). American guard Michael Cuffee (195-83, college: Middle Tenn.St.) chipped in 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.
