Regular Season Round 30: Oita H.Devils - Takamatsu FA 55-70

Another interesting game for Takamatsu FA (11-17) which played on the court of Oita Heat Devils (10-18). Seventh ranked Takamatsu FA had an easy win 70-55. Takamatsu FA forced 21 Oita Heat Devils turnovers. American swingman Dexter Lyons (198-81, college: Cent.Florida, agency: I.D.S. Law) scored 16 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import power forward Paul Williams (208-83, college: St.Bonaventure, agency: I.D.S. Law) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Takamatsu FA's coach Kenzo Maeda allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was naturalized Brazilian forward Kazuya Hatano (192-82) with 17 points and 5 rebounds and American power forward Cyrus Tate (203-85, college: Iowa) scored 14 points and 6 rebounds. Takamatsu FA maintains seventh position with 11-17 record, which they share with Tokyo Cinq R. Oita Heat Devils at the other side keep the eighth place with 18 games lost. Takamatsu FA will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Oita Heat Devils will play at home against Shiga L-Stars (#4) and hope to get back on the winning track.
