Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both eighth ranked Broni and 9th ranked San Salvatore had identical 7-9 record. This time Broni used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from San Salvatore 60-54 on Sunday night. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But San Salvatore won third quarter 16-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Newly promoted Broni maintains eighth place in North with 8-9 record. San Salvatore lost their third game in a row. San Salvatore at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the ninth position with ten games lost. Broni will face Valmadrera (#10) on the road in the next round. San Salvatore will play against Virtus Cagliari.
