Rather predictable result when eleventh ranked Elitzur Ramla (5-10) defeated on the road bottom-ranked Maccabi Kiryat Bialik (1-14) 87-79 on Tuesday. They outrebounded Maccabi Kiryat Bialik 46-30 including 32 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was American guard Vernon Teel (193-87, college: Loyola Mary, agency: FCM) who had a double-double by scoring 24 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. His fellow American import forward Johndre Jefferson (207-88, college: S.Carolina) chipped in a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds. Elitzur Ramla's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Dror Davidi (190-84) who recorded 25 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and Marcus Alexander added 21 points and 4 assists respectively.
