Another interesting game for Canberra Capitals (7-14) which hosted 4th placed Townsville Fire (12-9). Eighth ranked Canberra Capitals won 76-68. Townsville Fire was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. They outrebounded Townsville Fire 42-27 including 29 on the defensive glass.
