There was a small surprise in St. John's where fifth ranked Memorial (8-8) beat much higher ranked Acadia (10-4) 75-69 on Saturday. Acadia was trailing by 5 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 20-12 charge of Memorial, which allowed them to win the game.
