Nazionale A top team - Torino (18-3) added another victory to their record. This time they beat eighth ranked Lucca (11-10) 77-69. It was a quality performance for naturalized Polish power forward Jakub Wojciechowski (210-90) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds. Swingman Daniele Sandri (197-90) accounted for 18 points and 8 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winning side. Four Torino players scored in double figures. The former international forward Walter Santarossa (200-78) came up with 15 points and 7 rebounds and guard Andrea Barsanti (189-86) added 17 points respectively for Lucca in the defeat.
