Very predictable result when first ranked Keflavik (19-2) won against bottom-ranked Fjolnir (3-18) in Reykjavik 80-69 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 8 points after three quarters before their 27-8 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Keflavik forced 21 Fjolnir turnovers. It was a good game for the former international forward Birna Valgardsdottir (181-76) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds.
