A2 top team - Umana Reyer (19-1) added another victory to their record on Saturday. This time they beat ninth ranked San Salvatore (8-12) 65-57. The guests trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 18-8 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Umana Reyer forced 22 San Salvatore turnovers. The winners were led by Romanian forward Simina Mandache (185-81) who scored that evening 23 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Debora Carangelo (167-92) supported her with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Umana Reyer's coach Andrea Liberalotto used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
