There was no surprise when 7th ranked 08 Stockholm (12-15) was defeated on the road by second ranked Uppsala Basket (21-7) 81-69 on Tuesday. The game was mostly controlled by Uppsala Basket. 08 Stockholm was better in fourth quarter 29-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was American forward Keith Wright (203-89, college: Harvard) who scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Axel Nordstrom (193-91) chipped in 8 points and 8 rebounds. Uppsala Basket's coach Kelly Grant used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Kodi Augustus (203-87, college: Mississippi St., agency: Two Points) who recorded 23 points and 6 rebounds and the other American import forward Isiah Brown (203-89, college: E.Tenn.St.) added 13 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Four 08 Stockholm players scored in double figures. Uppsala Basket have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 21-7 record having just one points less than leader Sundsvall. Loser 08 Stockholm keeps the seventh position with 15 games lost.
