Badgers (#4) were upset in St.Catharines, ON by seventh ranked Warriors 76-71. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Badgers. Badgers were ahead by 18 points after three quarters before a 29-6 charge of Warriors, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Badgers to just 6 points in fourth quarter. Warriors forced 19 Badgers turnovers. Strangely Badgers outrebounded Warriors 37-24 including 26 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for Gill Jaspreet who led his team to a victory with 11 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Forward Wells Davis (196) contributed with 22 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. Guard Michael Williams (188) answered with 22 points and guard Didi Mukendi (183) added 12 points in the effort for Badgers. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Badgers' coach let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Warriors (5-15) moved-up to sixth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Badgers at the other side keep the fourth position with 12 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
