Everything went according to plan when sixth ranked Sudety (9-6) defeated 9th ranked HK Zory (4-11) in Jelenia Gora 74-58 on Saturday. The game without a history. Sudety led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding HK Zory to just 6 points in third quarter. Sudety made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. They outrebounded HK Zory 39-20 including a 32-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Sudety made 8 blocks. It was a good game for point guard Michal Kozak (179-92) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 assists. Forward Jakub Czech (203-84, agency: Promotex) contributed with 17 points and 7 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners.
