We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when leader Capers (17-1) were outleveled by second ranked Axemen (14-4) in Wolfville, NS 73-49 on Saturday. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. The game without a history. Axemen led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 23 Capers turnovers. Forward Bradley States (198) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Anthony Sears (193) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Axemen's coach Stephen Baur felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
