ACB top team - Real Madrid (20-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventeenth ranked Assignia Manresa (4-17) 104-70. The game was mostly controlled by Real Madrid. Assignia Manresa was better in fourth quarter 21-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Assignia Manresa 37-21 including 25 on the defensive glass. Real Madrid players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by Assignia Manresa helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was naturalized Montenegrin power forward Nikola Mirotic (207-91) who scored 23 points and 9 rebounds.
