Rather expected game when 13th ranked Nantes (9-15) was defeated at home by tenth ranked SPO Rouen (13-11) 79-74 on Friday. The guests trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 43-34 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. SPO Rouen made 26-of-31 free shots (83.9 percent) during the game. Nantes was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. The game was dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was forward Tai Wesley (200-86, college: Utah St.) who scored 23 points and 6 assists (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field).
