The game in Tallinn was also worth to mention about. Sixth ranked Rapla (10-11) played at the court of 8th ranked Tln Kalev (5-19). Rapla managed to secure a 5-point victory 75-70. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Tln Kalev won fourth quarter 22-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Tln Kalev 45-32 including a 23-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Rait-Riivo Laane (179-93) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and power forward Raido Ringmets (206-83) who added 10 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Forward Janis Vahter (193-86) responded with 16 points and 7 rebounds and Nigerian-American forward Ike Okoye (206-86, college: Boise St.) scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. Four Tln Kalev players scored in double figures. Tln Kalev's coach Kalle Klandorf rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Rapla have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place. Tln Kalev lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 19 games lost. Rapla will play against Valga (#6) at home in the next round. Tln Kalev will play against KK Parnu and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
