Rather expected game when 9th ranked Osaka Evessa (9-24) lost on the road to sixth ranked Kyoto Hannar. (19-16) 67-63 on Saturday. Strangely Osaka Evessa outrebounded Kyoto Hannar. 44-27 including a 33-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. Quite impressive performance for center Marcus Cousin (211-86, college: Houston) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Forward David Palmer (201-82, college: S.Utah, agency: Top Notch Sports) contributed with 12 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Forward Michael Bell (206-82, college: Florida Atlantic) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Dwayne Lathan (190-89, college: Indiana St.) added 12 points in the effort for Osaka Evessa. Four Osaka Evessa players scored in double figures. Osaka Evessa's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Kyoto Hannar. maintains sixth place with 19-16 record.
