The game was mostly controlled by Trenkwalder RE. Armani Milano was better in third quarter 16-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Trenkwalder RE dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Armani Milano's 38. The winners were led by American-Swiss Greg Brunner (201-83, college: Iowa) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots) and American guard Donnel Taylor (198-82, college: UAB) supported him with 19 points.
