No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Stjarnan (12-7) beat at home 8th ranked Skallagrimur (7-12) 101-92 on Thursday. Skallagrimur trailed by 14 points after 3 quarters before a 26-21 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 92-101 at the end of the game. Stjarnan had a 37-25 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Quite impressive performance for American swingman Jarrid Frye (194-85, college: Sacred Heart) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists.
