Regular Season Round 21: TTU - Tarvas 65-70

The game between Top Four teams took place in Tallinn. 4th placed host TTU (12-10) lost to first ranked BC Rakvere (19-6) 70-65. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of TTU. TTU was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. BC Rakvere forced 20 TTU turnovers. Strangely TTU outrebounded BC Rakvere 44-29 including 31 on the defensive glass. American guard Brandis Raley-Ross (188-87, college: S.Carolina) nailed 10 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and the former international point guard Reimo Tamm (185-84) accounted for 14 points. The former international forward Erik Keedus (198-90) came up with 10 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international power forward Kristjan Makke (205-81, college: W.Illinois) added 17 points respectively for TTU in the defeat. BC Rakvere maintains first place with 19-6 record. TTU at the other side keeps the fourth position with ten games lost. BC Rakvere will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. TTU will play at home against Rapla (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
