Top ranked Maccabi T-A (17-2) recorded its second loss on the court of ninth ranked Hapoel Tel-Aviv on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by Hapoel Tel-Aviv 69-65. It ended at the same time the 15-game winning streak of Maccabi T-A. The hosts trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 45-37 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Hapoel Tel-Aviv (8-11) moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Bnei Hasharon and Maccabi Ashdod. Defending champion Maccabi T-A still keeps top position with two games lost. Hapoel Tel-Aviv is looking forward to face Hapoel Holon (#10) on the road in the next round. Maccabi T-A will play against GreenTops Netanya (#6) and is hoping to win this game.
