Rather predictable result when ninth ranked Osaka Evessa (11-25) won against at home 11th ranked Saitama Broncos (8-28) 103-96 on Sunday. Osaka Evessa looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Saitama Broncos were plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Quite impressive performance for American forward Michael Bell (206-82, college: Florida Atlantic) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. The other American import power forward Rick Rickert (211-83, college: Minnesota, agency: SportsTalent) contributed with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Guard Yuki Kitamuki (184-85) replied with 23 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and point guard Takuma Yamashiro (167-85) added 14 points and 16 rebounds in the effort for Saitama Broncos.
