Randers surprised SISU on the road to take the lead in the quarterfinal series. The guests trailed by 8 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 4 points. Randers made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Randers outrebounded SISU 41-25 including 29 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Bonell Colas (205-82, college: Florida) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 18 rebounds. The former international swingman Chris Nielsen (192-85) contributed with 20 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. American swingman Mickey Dennis (190-78, college: JMU) answered with 15 points, 8 assists and 5 steals and the other American import center Zack Moritz (210-88, college: Boise St.) added 13 points and 13 rebounds in the effort for SISU.
