Regular Season Round 29: S.Jose/Unimed - Minas 95-93 OT

Minas (#9) forced the game against Sao Jose/Vinac (#7) into an overtime, but lost by two points 93-95 on Thursday night. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Minas. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 10-point lead at the halftime then Minas managed to tie the game at the end of regular time. However that was Sao Jose/Vinac who were better in overtime eventually winning that period 13-11. They made 21-of-27 free shots (77.8 percent) during the game. Sao Jose/Vinac looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Sao Jose/Vinac made 8 blocks.
