Svendborg held off Vaerlose to secure the semifinal birth. The hosts trailed by 6 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 98-88. Svendborg dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Vaerlose's 40 and made 17-of-19 free shots (89.5 percent) during the game.
