Very predictable result when second ranked Maccabi Haifa (14-7) defeated on the road bottom-ranked Ironi Ashkelon (5-16) 83-69. Ironi Ashkelon was ahead by 1 point after three quarters before a 27-12 charge of Maccabi Haifa, which allowed them to win the game. It was a great shooting night for Maccabi Haifa especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 53.3 percentage.
