American point guard Kevin Galloway (200-88, college: Texas Southern, agency: Top Notch Sports) answered with a triple-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists and the other American import forward Jeffrey Parmer (203-85, college: Florida Atlantic, agency: Top Notch Sports) added 18 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Hamamatsu Phoenix. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Shiga L-Stars moved-up to third place, which they share with Iwate Big Bulls and Toyama Grouses. Loser Hamamatsu Phoenix keeps the fifth position with 19 games lost. Shiga L-Stars will face again Hamamatsu Phoenix (#5) in Mikawa in the next round.
