TBL top team - PGE Turow (18-8) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat sixth ranked Energa Czarni (13-13) in Zgorzelec 68-56. The game was mostly controlled by PGE Turow. Energa Czarni was better in third quarter 16-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Serbian center Ivan Zigeranovic (212-84, agency: BeoExcell) fired 16 points (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) for the winners. The former international point guard Michal Chylinski (190-86, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 10 points and 4 assists. American forward Roderick Trice (191-84, college: S.Carolina) produced 16 points and 5 rebounds and his fellow American import center Bertengeh Gadri-Nicholson (208-83, college: Denver) added 11 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. PGE Turow have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position in Places 1-6 with 18-8 record. Energa Czarni lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with 13 games lost. PGE Turow's next round opponent will be Stelmet ZG (#4) in Zielona Gora. Energa Czarni will play on the road against the league's second-placed Trefl Sopot.
