Bottom-ranked Maccabi Kiryat Bialik managed to get a fourth victory, breaking the series of five consecutive loses on Thursday night. This time they won against fourth-ranked Hapoel Afula 88-83. Hapoel Afula was trailing by 4 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 27-19 charge of Maccabi Kiryat Bialik, which allowed them to win the game.
