BJ League top team - Okinawa GK (37-10) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Gunma (12-35) 96-63. Okinawa GK dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Gunma's 26. The game was dominated by American players. It was a good game for Anthony McHenry (202-83, college: Georgia Tech) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 13 rebounds. Swingman Terrance Woodbury (201-87, college: Georgia) contributed with 30 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Woodbury is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Okinawa GK players scored in double figures. Forward Dominique Keller (203-88, college: Illinois) answered with 24 points and 7 rebounds and guard Jermaine Dixon (191-87, college: Pittsburgh) added 10 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Gunma. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Okinawa GK maintains first place with 37-10 record.
