The game without a history. Dzukija led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Strangely Zalgiris-Sabonio outrebounded Dzukija 42-25 including a 18-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Zalgiris-Sabonio was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Mindaugas Reminas (190-86) who helped to win the game recording 14 points. Lukas Brazdauskis (202-88) contributed with 13 points for the winners. Four Dzukija players scored in double figures. Center Arturas Gudaitis (208-93) answered with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds and forward Marius Grigonis (198-94) added 16 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Zalgiris-Sabonio.
