Finals Game 2: Horsens IC - Randers 100-72

Horsens IC celebrated the Ligaen Bronze medals. They overcame Randers in the consolation final. The hosts trailed by 6 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 1-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 100-72. Horsens IC dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Randers' 44 and made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. Horsens IC forced 24 Randers turnovers. The former international guard Darko Jukic (198-90) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points and 5 assists. American center Keane Thomann (211-89, college: Missouri So.) contributed with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Forward Damian Ocana (198-86) replied with 16 points and 4 assists and power forward Patrick Nielsen (198-88) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Randers. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
